The Associate Head Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach with the management and administration of all activities related to the men’s and women’s swimming program per University and Department objectives and exercising direct supervision of the recruiting, training, and coaching of male and female swimming student-athletes. Will be required to assist in the direction and control of the program in accordance with NCAA, SEC and University rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Division I coaching experience preferred, experience implementing a successful recruiting plan strongly preferred.
