Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will provide support to the overall marketing strategy for the Rose Bowl Stadium in the areas of social media, email communication, content creation, graphic design projects, trade agreement tracking, and major event marketing recaps. 
Job Functions:
·         Assist the Marketing Manager with the implementation, tracking, and measurement of various marketing campaigns including but not limited to social media, email communication, ad placement, event promotion and operational messaging.
·         Assist with creating content for weekly social media campaigns
·         Assist with creating content for sales/revenue-supporting materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) 
·         Maintain social media calendar to ensure all promotional efforts are tracked and executed
·         Attend weekly social media meetings and provide updates on the Stadium’s behalf 
·         Brainstorm and gather content for various graphic design projects (stadium/golf course signage, event sales collateral, event operational messaging, etc.)
·         Assist with email communication efforts (quarterly newsletter, partner email promotion, database organization/segmentation, etc.)
·         Assist with day of event photography and event recap video reels
·         Create and gather materials for major event marketing recaps
·         Manage internal trade agreement tracking and administration
·         Assist the Marketing Manager with managing the Marketing budget and PO purchasing
·         Oversee client gifting and premium orders
·         Assist the Marketing Manager, Chief Revenue Officer, Director of Communications, Senior Event Sales Manager, and other key Rose Bowl Stadium staff on special projects

 Education and experience:
·         Bachelors Degree, Marketing concentration is preferred
·         One to three years of experience in sports entertainment and/or venue event management
 Licenses and Certifications:
·         Class C driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

The Marketing Assistant position is on-site with no remote opportunities available.
