POSITION: Marketing & Communications Intern (UNC Luther Hodges Scholars)
DEPARTMENT: Communications/Marketing
REPORTS TO: Communications & Marketing Activation Coordinator
STATUS: Internship, Unpaid, Onsite
SUMMARY: This is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in a career in Communications/Marketing. Intern will observe, learn and develop skills necessary to explore career opportunities within the chosen field. Individual may qualify for college credit if allowed by their college/university. This position is an unpaid internship.
LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Intern will learn and be exposed to:
- Understand tasks associated with OBC archival history (old game programs, game films & videos for all events, event photography).
PREREQUISITES
- Pursuing a degree and/or career in Marketing, Communications, Sport Management or other related fields
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Valid Driver's License
