REPORTS TO: Executive Director
STATUS: Permanent, Full Time
TIMELINE: Immediate 
 
SUMMARY:  The Sponsorship Activation and Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative duties  related to the daily operations of the Sponsorship Department. This position will coordinate the implementation of sponsor deliverables, liaise with current/new clients, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the overall sales process.
A successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in corporate service or event planning. Computer graphics skills such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Work closely with sponsorship team and clients to ensure execution of sponsor contracts. 
  • Develop systems, processes, and procedures to manage sponsor entitlements.
  • Maintain working knowledge of budgets, purchases, and expense of pertinent sponsor deliverables. 
  • Coordinate sponsor activities and events including in-game video spots, signage, décor, gifts, and donation products. 
  • Manage coordination and execution of sponsor deliverables for all OBC ancillary events. 
  • Support onsite ticket sales opportunities at OBC events and other community initiatives. 
  • Manage the processing, printing, and distribution of sponsor tickets.
  • Provide customer service support to the OBC sales calls. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed. 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the OBC.

QUALIFIED CANADIATE MUST HAVE:
  • Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette.
·       Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Knowledge and strong interest in sports, in addition to sales.
·       Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
·       Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
·       Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
·       Full availability during Game Week in September.
