Peach Bowl, Inc. is seeking candidates to fill intern positions for the 2026-2027 college football season. The seasonal assistant program period begins July 13, 2026 and concludes January 29, 2027. Each position pays a salary of $2,500.00 per month. Please note that housing is not provided by Peach Bowl, Inc. 
 
This year’s seasonal assistants will help plan and execute the Aflac Kickoff Game featuring Baylor vs. Auburn on Labor Day weekend, in addition to playing a vital role in the planning and execution of the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl on Jan. 1. Interns are assigned to a specific concentration area but are expected to provide support to all areas of the company’s business in a direct, supporting or administrative role.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
PRIMARY POSITION ROLE: This position will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and execution of event and operational aspects of the Aflac Kickoff Game and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.

  • Hotel Operations Assistant 
  • Hotel Security 
  • Team Arrival Dinner 
  • Players Meal and Hotel Activities 
  • Team Wives and Family Events and Activities  
  • Team Site Visits 
  • Hospitality Rooms 
  • Player/VIP Gift Distribution 
  • Post-Game Activities 
  • VIP Assistance/Planning 
  • Transportation Planning/Assistance 
  • Operations Timelines 
  • Dodd Trophy Program 
  • Hall of Fame Dinner 
  • Gameday Events 
  • Game Management Guides

STAFF SUPERVISION: Event Department 
 
PREFERENCES FOR AN IDEAL CANDIDATE: 
  1. Previous lead or supporting role in an event management position  
  2. Strong communications & interpersonal skills 
  3. High level of attention to detail  
  4. Ability to prioritize, manage and bring multiple projects to completion 
  5. The ability to work well individually and as a team member in a fast-paced and evolving work environment 
  6. Display a willingness to learn and complete tasks regardless of their nature 
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  8. Working knowledge of college football and the College Football Playoff  
  9. The ability to work longer hours due to events occurring on nights and weekends, including unlimited availability during the Bowl Week for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl
