The Graduate Assistant will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division I Women’s program, including aiding with recruiting, coordinating day to day operations, conducting practice sessions, coordinating travel arrangements, handling appropriate compliance paperwork, camp/clinic/tournament implementation, community outreach, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Minimum requirements include:

- Collegiate or high level club women’s soccer coaching experience

- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience coaching attacking players

- Experience planning travel for a team

- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance with such

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill

- Positive interpersonal skills

- Strong work ethic
