Atlanta Hall Management, Inc. operates the national College Football Hall of Fame which was established by the National Football Foundation in 1951 to immortalize the greatest players and coaches as role models to inspire future generations and preserve the rich history and traditions of the game.  Relocated to Atlanta in 2014, the non-profit organization focuses on its mission to inspire and entertain by celebrating the passion, traditions and legacy of college football and its greatest players and coaches and provides visitors with a highly immersive, interactive and engaging experience.
 
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Fan Experience, the Membership Manager leads the strategy, execution, and growth of the College Football Hall of Fame’s Membership Program as a core component of our Fan Experience model.  This role is accountable for CRM implementation and optimization, new member acquisition, retention strategy, member communications, and exclusive member engagement events.  The Membership Manager drives measurable growth while delivering a hospitality-forward experience that reflects the Hall’s standard of excellence. 

Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas: 

Membership Growth & Revenue
  • Establish acquisition and retention targets; report performance monthly.
  • Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns (onsite, outbound, digital, and promotional).
  • In partnership with the Director of Fan Experience, develop and implement strategies to increase upgrades, renewals, and repeat visitation.
CRM Leadership & Data Strategy
  • Lead implementation and ongoing optimization of a centralized CRM platform.
  • Ensure data accuracy, segmentation integrity, automation workflows, and reporting reliability.
  • Build dashboards to track revenue, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Leverage data insights to continuously refine acquisition and renewal strategies.
Member Experience & Engagement
  • Design and execute member-exclusive events that strengthen loyalty and brand affinity.
  • Partner with Fan Relations and Fan Experience teams to ensure seamless onsite membership sales and service.
  • Oversee fulfillment of member benefits with consistency and operational excellence.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for member service.
Communications & Stewardship
  • Develop and manage a strategic membership communications calendar.
  • Write and distribute recurring Member Newsletter and renewal campaign.
  • Ensure timely, clear, and brand-aligned communication across all member touchpoints.

Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills
  • Superior writing, analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in several capacities
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or managing CRM systems
  • Proven record of revenue growth and retention improvement 
  • Experience planning and executing events
  • Ability to develop and deliver sound recommendations to senior management
  • Ability to work traditional and non-traditional hours (nights, weekends and holidays as necessary)
 
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in membership, CRM management, loyalty programs, or recurring revenue models.
