The Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame is seeking a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Fan Relations Specialist to join our passionate team! In this role, you will be at the heart of delivering memorable, high-quality experiences to every visitor while promoting ticket offerings, memberships, and digital content. Key Responsibilities:
1. Creating Exceptional Guest Experiences:
- Provide a warm, enthusiastic welcome to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and excited about their visit.
- Share engaging information about the Hall’s exhibits, events, and experiences, offering personalized recommendations based on guests’ interests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, positivity, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Guide guest through a seamless ticketing and registration process, creating a smooth and engaging experience.
- Offer friendly farewells, encouraging guests to return and explore future visits through annual memberships.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Actively engage guests to promote tickets, memberships, and additional offerings with enthusiasm and a service-first mindset.
- Clearly and knowledgably explain membership benefits and digital download opportunities to guests.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through friendly, compelling, and informative interactions.
- Maintain a positive, "Get It Done" attitude to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
3. Operational Excellence:
- Accurately utilize POS systems and registration kiosks, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Handle payments accurately, including counting currency and providing change.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
- Stay adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Problem Solving and Adaptability:
- Quickly identify and resolve guest issues to ensure a positive and satisfying experience.
- Apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot registration and ticketing challenges.

- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to move throughout the Hall, including stairs.
- Ability to operate ticketing systems, registration kiosks, and computers efficiently.
- May be required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, with occasional walking, bending, and lifting as needed.
- The role may require regularly lifting and moving of items, up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Education and Experience:
- Customer service experience in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
