Atlanta Hall Management, Inc. (AHM) provides management services to the new College Football Hall of Fame. The College Football Hall of Fame which opened in August 2014, is Atlanta’s newest family attraction in the downtown Centennial Park area, adjacent to the Georgia World Congress Center and the Omni Hotel. The organization’s mission is to entertain, educate, and engage our guests in a way that celebrates and honors the passion of college football, along with its people and traditions.
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire Fan Ambassadors who will represent the outstanding hospitality experience at the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame and its affiliated events, both within and beyond the premises. Ideal candidates are individuals who embody energy, positivity, teamwork, and a proactive commitment to craft unforgettable moments for our guests. We are in search of candidates with flexible availability as outlined below.
We're on the lookout for spirited individuals to join our team, working their magic inside the Hall of Fame and spreading the fun at our happening events all around Atlanta. Role, Responsibilities, & Key Performance Areas:
- Welcoming guests with a smile that will brighten up the room.
- Setting the stage for a friendly vibe.
- Chatting it up with our awesome visitors & predicting their needs from directional advice to educating them on our exhibits.
- Helps keep any crowds under control, ensuring smooth sailing throughout the exhibits.
Greeter:
- Welcome guests with a splash of excitement right from the get-go!
- Be the maestro of Hall procedures, guiding visitors through the ins and outs of our museum.
- Be the ultimate gatekeeper for an amazing entry into the Hall.
- Have fun by entertaining the guests through sports trivia, engaging activities, etc. while they eagerly wait to step into the CFHOF.
Ticketing & Entry Experience:
- Provide a strong presence as the first impression to welcome all guests.
- Makes selling tickets and making transactions feel like a breeze.
- Manage the ticketing and check-in process like a pro, ensuring a smooth entry into the CFHOF.
- Cash or Card, you’ve got it handled via POS terminal or mobile device.
- Successfully wrap up your shift with reconciliation of POS terminal and/or mobile device.
Exhibits & Playing Field:
- Dive headfirst into the world of guest interaction, where every exhibit is a chance to connect and captivate.
- Be a flow-master, ensuring each guest's journey is as smooth as butter.
- Toss footballs and create game-winning scenarios to help create unforgettable moments that will score big with our guests.
- Send guests off on a high note with a fond farewell that will leave them smiling ear to ear.
Groups:
- Be a tour guide extraordinaire, leading visiting groups through the Hall with flair and enthusiasm.
- Channel your inner college football fan as you provide valuable insight, fun facts, and entertaining tidbits to keep guests engaged and inspired.
- Be the MVP of group interactions, ensuring that every tour is filled with warmth and appreciation.
Special Events:
- Take charge of exhibit areas, playing fields, and group tours during our exclusive private events (main availability for evenings and weekends).
- ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY - Get paid to bring joy and laughter to guests as you suit up and embody the lovable football fanatic mascot Fumbles, all while earning $20 per hour.
Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, and Abilities:
- All-American Communicator with a knack for wowing guests.
- Thrives in the fast-paced hustle and bustle of the hospitality world.

- All about genuine care, being a self-starter, and rocking under minimal supervision.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Efficient computer/technology literacy is required.
- Hospitality experience within an attraction, hotel, hospitality venue, or related field preferred.
Physical Demands: Frequently required to stoop, stand, walk, climb, lift, and use repetitive motions. Must be able to stand for long periods in all weather conditions.
