About the Position

We are looking for part-time Events Representatives who will be responsible for supporting the Events team in all aspects of event execution and ensuring each event meets and exceeds our organizations high standards. You will assist with the execution of event logistics collaboratively and inclusively at Chase Center, Thrive City, and at offsite locations. This includes and is not limited to, Golden State Warriors, Valkyries, and Entertainment brand events, large and small scale private and community events, and other events as assigned. This position reports to the Manager, Experiential Events.

This is a part-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown all onsite and offsite Golden State events
• Lead championship trophy appearances and processes for all events at Chase Center, Thrive City, and offsite locations
• Manage the part-time, guest experience team at all events alongside the event manager
• Support the events equipment process including but not limited to onsite and offsite warehouse inventory, textiles, technology and vehicle management
• Assist with daily department operations by completing administrative work and day-to-day duties and tasks 
• Other duties assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• Must possess valid driver’s license
• 12 months working in a customer service or events environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications
• Outstanding communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High energy, strong detail orientation and superior work ethic
• Comfortable working in environments with large crowds

Time Commitment

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Physical Demands

• Pushing/pulling/carrying and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to sit/turn/bend/stand for long periods
• Frequent stair climbing

Compensation

• $21.00 per hour
