About the Role

The Golden State Warriors are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Coordinator to join our Premium Suite Service team at Chase Center. In this role, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service to our suite clients and assisting with departmental projects. Additionally, you will help the Premium Suite team to create and maintain successful business relationships with annual and rental suite clients. This position reports to the Director, Premium Suite Service.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, "white glove" service to suite clients while managing game day activations, special requests, ticket operations, and client hosting
• Engage in a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, processing reports, CRM and various documentation
• Assist in formal communications and updates regarding Golden State games and Chase Center events; build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Work with various internal departments to ensure seamless events and solidify yourself as a key player in service execution
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sports/Business Management, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels throughout the company
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong customer-centric mindset

Time Commitment

• Ability to work all Golden State Warriors games and Chase Center events to drive business relationships, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Time Commitment

• $25.50 per hour + Bonus (approx. OTE $73,000)
