About the Position

The Golden State Warriors are looking for a proactive Coordinator to support our Group Sales team. In this role, you will focus on delivering  events at Chase Center, assisting with marketing efforts, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration. This role reports to the Director, Group Sales.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and oversight of marketing communication deliverables, ensuring brand consistency across print, web, and email platforms
  • Serve as point of contact between Group Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on messaging and the strategic selection of group giveaway items
  • Partner with Game Experience to integrate and execute engaging in-game experiences (e.g., performance demo videos, theme night activations, etc.)
  • Orchestrate all logistical aspects of Group Sales game days in coordination with internal staff
  • Collaborate closely with Event Services to ensure seamless delivery of events
  • Drive the successful delivery of group giveaway initiatives, encompassing calendar management, inventory control, and efficient distribution of materials
  • Strategically plan and coordinate category-specific targeted sales events to maximize engagement and revenue
  • Proactively research and cultivate new leads within designated sales categories to expand the customer base
  • Oversee and optimize the Group Leader Benefits program to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and present compelling Ticketclub programs to both group sales clients and corporate partnerships teams, driving program adoption and success
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in the sports and/or entertainment industry
  • Experience creating and developing ticket related team promotional activity a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
  • Basic knowledge of HTML coding is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously

Time Commitment

  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule as evenings and weekends may be required

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
