About the Position
We are looking for upbeat and dedicated professionals to help us establish a world-class, guest- centric environment for all Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries games, and Chase Center concerts and events.
As a Guest Services Representative, you will help provide unforgettable experiences to our guests. This can include scanning tickets, assisting guests to their seats throughout the arena, supporting vertical transportation via elevators, and more!

This is a part-time position located on-site in San Francisco, CA. This is a unionized position with IATSE B-18 as a Chase Center employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with the scanning and/or collection of tickets upon ingress while ensuring to check for authenticity and proper date
- Serve as a point of contact for frequently asked questions from guests; proactively provide answers
- Keep aisles clear of guests and obstructions, and observe assigned sections for any signs of disturbance
- Keep the assigned section as clean as possible by clearing trash from the walkway or portal and alerting maintenance of any spills
- Open and close doors safely while keeping a smooth flow of traffic in and out of the elevator
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for ticketing issues as they occur at access points in the building
- Provide break coverage for team members by temporarily assuming assigned duties to maintain a smooth and continuous guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and concerns; be proactive in recognizing ways to support and elevate an experience
- Direct guests to seating sections as well as other activations and amenities within Chase Center and during offsite events
- Act as an elevator operator when assigned, ensuring a premium experience by greeting guests and providing dedicated assistance to patrons with disabilities; maintain strict compliance with Chase Center safety standards for passenger, accessible, and freight elevators while ensuring the cab remains clean and reporting any mechanical or aesthetic issues to maintenance immediately
- Ability to monitor and respond to communications via radio or other assigned communication devices effectively, particularly during high-traffic periods or emergencies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, or attractions is preferred
- High energy, strong detail orientation, and superior work ethic
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment, including during emergencies
- Ability to adhere to proper uniform and grooming standards as defined by Chase Center management
- Reliable form of transportation
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with others
- Familiarity and comfort level with current technology, including ticket scanners, tablets, time clocks, etc.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time up to or beyond 6 hours
- Note: This position may/will require you to sit or stand in an enclosed space and travel in upper and lower levels multiple times during your shift
Time Commitment
- Maintain availability for at least 60% of all year-round events held at Chase Center.
- Work the majority of regular-season home games for both the Golden State Warriors (NBA) and Golden State Valkyries (WNBA), including potential post-season assignments.
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (aligned with the year-round Chase Center event calendar) including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Shifts typically range from 5 to 7 hours, depending on the event type; standard game nights are generally 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Variable Hours: Weekly schedules fluctuate based on event volume and department needs; while consistent availability is required, part-time status does not guarantee a scheduled shift for every individual event
