JOB SUMMARY:
The General Maintenance Technician works closely with the Maintenance Manager to take care of the Zions Bank Basketball Campus and other properties. This will be done with a special emphasis on general maintenance. Primary responsibility will be supporting the Maintenance Manager with general facility maintenance and repairs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general maintenance on a scheduled and work order basis.
- Repair of framing, drywall, wall prep, and painting.
- Collaborate and work well with the maintenance team.
- Minimal plumbing, electrical, and mechanical needed.
- Set up and take down for events.
- Ability to work at multiple locations.
- Protect the reputation of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Two years of experience in general maintenance.
- Experience maintaining a large office building.
- Aptitude for repairs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
- High attention to detail is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and follow through.
- Ability to maintain focus while working independently.
- Must possess a valid Utah driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening in accordance with company policy and insurance requirements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
- This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
- This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
- This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
