The Tournament has grown from a unique idea amongst friends to hosting some of the hottest sporting events in the world. In 2023, The Tournament unveiled The Soccer Tournament (TST), which exploded onto the scene, billing itself as Coachella for Soccer – part festival, part sporting event. The event offers three $1 Million, winner-take-all prizes for men, women and teams of both men and women. For more information, visit www.tst7v7.com. 

Duties:

·      Mine four years of soccer tournament coverage to identify clips and moments that could be edited into visually appealing, evergreen content for its social channels

·      Brainstorm content opportunities 

·      Ideate video ideas

·      Stay up to date on best practices in regard to social media content distribution

·      Work with TST advisor to hone presentation of content 

·      Develop a year-round content engine, focused on discoverability and fan growth

·      Grow TST’s follower count across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Tik Tok 

Requirements & Qualifications

·      Knowledge of and passion for soccer

·      Strong sense of what clips perform best and why

·      Ability to work independently 

·      Familiarity with what performs best across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Tik Tok
