Position: Warehouse Lead
Reports to: Manager, E-Commerce & Merchandise

Job Summary:
The Sacramento Kings are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized work environment within our E-Commerce Warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, secure, and efficient warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of associates, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes
Ensure timely and accurate receiving and distribution of inventory to meet a 48-hour SLA.
Oversee and maintain quality assurance (QA) standards for all stored items.
Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
Anticipate and address operational delays to maintain smooth workflows.
Implement strategies to maximize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Manage associate schedules to ensure adequate coverage for business needs.
Oversee the maintenance and safe use of all warehouse equipment.
Identify and escalate issues that may impact warehouse operations.
Partner with the Accounting department to validate purchase orders, process payments, and reconcile inventory costs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, with ideally 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to create and maintain SOPs.
Skilled in handling challenging conversations with professionalism.
Quick learner with the ability to adopt new concepts and processes.
Experience in inventory management and quality assurance.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into confined spaces.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Ability to bend, lift, twist, climb stairs, stoop, and kneel as required.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Compensation:
$19 - $20/hour
