We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Coordinator, Premier Hospitality, to assist team members with the planning, logistics and execution of premium hospitality programs and events

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of premium hospitality programs, including game days, private member functions, and corporate hosting events ensuring seamless VIP operations and service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all member reservations, modifications and cancellations
  • Manage the end-to-end process for member gifting including vendor coordination, inventory and delivery logistics
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, food/beverage, security, valet and arena operations
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

What We Need From Our Senior Coordinator, Premier Hospitality:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders and VIP constituents
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience supporting large-scale hospitality programs and events
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, sports and one-of-a-kind experiences
  • Able to work evenings and weekends to align with the event schedule

Experience/ Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Communication or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in sports, hospitality, and event operations preferably within a premium or VIP environment

  • Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
  • This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%

  • Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
  • Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
