Headquartered in downtown Phoenix and engaging fans across the world, Player 15 Group is driven by possibility, innovation, and the desire to create memorable moments for our fans and community.

Our culture is anchored in purpose-driven leadership and fueled by individuals who bring passion, creativity, and vision to everything they do. We challenge convention, amplify voices, and create experiences that resonate well beyond the final buzzer. This is where talent meets purpose and bold ideas become reality.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager, Community & Fan Development to join our team. The ideal candidate combines cultural insight with marketing expertise — bringing creativity, empathy, and a rigorously data-driven approach to strategy, decision-making, and execution across every campaign and community activation.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and drive the development and execution of multicultural marketing strategies and campaigns that align with and ladder up to the overarching marketing strategy defined by marketing leadership, authentically connecting with diverse audiences including Latinx, African American, AAPI, Native American, LGBTQ+, and women’s communities.
  • Shape and execute marketing programs and campaigns for the Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury Foundation that highlight the organization’s social impact, community investment, and drive fundraising.
  • Leverage audience data in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Marketing Leadership to pinpoint trends, uncover insights, and define key fan growth segments; convert findings into actionable marketing strategies that foster new paths to fandom.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the broader Brand Marketing team to develop programs and experiences that engage emerging audiences and build long-term fan affinity.
  • Oversee and execute end-to-end planning, production, and delivery of multicultural and community marketing campaigns and events across digital, in-venue, offsite events, and grassroots channels, ensuring authenticity and alignment with brand goals.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners— including Partnerships, Creative, and community organizations — to build and develop sponsor programs, theme nights, and content that authentically reflect and engage diverse audiences.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with multicultural influencers, community leaders, and local partners to elevate the Suns’ presence, strengthen fan connections, and enhance brand storytelling across all demographics.
  • Asses and report on campaign performance, distilling insights that optimize future strategies and execution
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables across assigned programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
