We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Player 15 Group Partnership Strategy & Service Intern to provide high-value support to partnership activations by assisting team members with managing activations and promotions during home games and supporting Strategy & Service representatives with account-specific needs. This role offers direct experience in client service, event execution, and cross-department collaboration, fostering a deeper understanding of partnership strategy and the skills needed to succeed in future roles.

What You Will Do:

  • Support partnership activations on game days, including client hospitality, in-arena elements, and prizing for promotions
  • Assist with pre- and post-gameday deliverables, including game prep, partner photo tagging, and digital signage tracking and reporting
  • Provide support as needed for DTRs, ETWs, promotions, mascot appearances, and surprise & delight moments 
  • Shadow Partnership Strategy & Service representatives and assist on a number of partnerships, supporting preparation, delivery, and follow-up throughout the season
  • Collaborate with internal departments and third-party vendors to support partner and department events, including player appearances, Fantasy Camps, B2B events, and VIP gameday experiences
  • Participate in professional development workshops, a cohort Capstone Project, and other networking opportunities across Player 15 Group
  • Maintain professional standards in all partner-facing interactions, communicate proactively with the Internship Program Manager, and ensure reliable attendance across office hours, home games, and assigned events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Need From Our Player 15 Group Partnership Strategy & Service Intern:

  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Dependable and detail-oriented
  • Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience/ Education Requirements:

  • College degree – BA/BS in sport business/marketing or equivalent experience preferred
