Job Summary:

Player 15 Group includes several companies and many collaborative departments that support the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and PHX Arena. Player 15 Group is looking for individuals who are committed to pursuing excellence, win championships, create sustained success and desire to play a role in creating memorable experiences. We are seeking a highly-motivated Digital Experience Intern to assist team members with day-to-day department responsibilities related to elevating the digital experience of our fans and event-goers.

What You Will Do:

  • Support Digital Experience team and larger Integrated Marketing team in planning and activation of digital campaigns for organic brand, ticket sales, and partner initiatives.
  • Work with our Digital Development team to publish and manage content (editorial articles, vertical content, videos, promotions, etc.) on our sites and create simple webpages, forms, and QR Codes
  • Assist the Lifecycle Marketing team with gameday activations, including live event trigger promotions through app push, email, and SMS
  • Compile regular content performance and trend reports
  • Create and manage tracking links for ticket sales on our digital and social platforms
  • Maintain active database of assets used on digital platforms

What We Need From Our Digital Experience Intern:

  • Experience/Education Requirements:
  • Have earned high school diploma or GED
  • Be within one year of earning your Bachelor’s degree at a Phoenix-area university, or have recently obtained it in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Experience working with HTML/CSS, WordPress CMS, Formstack or similar platforms
  • Copywriting and Adobe Creative Cloud experience would be a plus
  • Curiosity, with a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, based on game schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple business areas
  • Comfortable operating a fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats, where both strategy and tactical delivery are required
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new technologies and business practices

  • Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
  • This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
  • S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
