Would you like to win championships and create sustained success? Player 15 Group is looking for individuals who are committed to pursuing excellence and being a part of creating memorable experiences.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director, Product Development to assist team members with translating ideas, inventory, and insights into high-impact partnership platforms and sales programming. This role supports both the Partnership & Media Sales and Partnership Strategy & Service teams by building structured, market-ready solutions that drive new revenue and deepen existing relationships.

What You Will Do:

Platform Development

  • Develop and package partnership platforms and thematic campaigns that align with team priorities, partner goals, and cultural relevance.
  • Organize and refine sales-facing concepts (e.g., real estate-oriented or asset oriented) into structured offerings that can be customized or scaled.
  • Align platform concepts with available assets and categories to maximize commercial viability.
  • Serve as a primary storyteller in the construction of these platforms and pitches – shaping the flow and narrative of each effort.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in sports partnerships, marketing activations, and fan engagement to continuously innovate sellable assets.

Partnership & Media Sales Support & Enablement

  • Support the Partnership Sales team by creating strategic briefs, pitch frameworks, and concept narratives for new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Creative and Business Intelligence/Insights teams to turn strategies into polished materials – decks, one-pagers, and concept visuals.
  • Maintain an internal “menu” of ready-to-sell platform options and examples that Sales can easily access and adapt.
  • Ensure partnership platforms and programs are actionable, measurable and mutually beneficial.

Partnership Strategy & Service Support & Programming

  • Partner with the Partnership Strategy & Service team to contribute to annual playbooks, activation plans, and recap documentation.
  • Assist in translating partner goals into programmatic strategies that drive retention and upsell.
  • Help connect strategic themes to key moments in the season calendar and organizational priorities to support stronger engagement.

Strategic Project Support

  • Contribute to the development and launch of strategic enterprise initiatives, including:
  • B2B Alliance – Assist with platform design, membership packaging, and storytelling.
  • B2C Agency – Support concept development, go-to-market positioning, and service model materials.
  • P15 Studios – Help develop content-driven partner offerings and support platform integration across sales efforts.
  • Collaborate across departments to synthesize inputs, manage timelines, and deliver on project goals.

Asset & Resource Management

  • Own the organization and evolution of GPS Product Development’s strategic and creative asset library – including frameworks, decks, sizzle concepts, icons, and case studies
  • Ensure internal teams have easy access to the most up-to-date and effective materials to support sales and service efforts
  • Partner with the Creative team to maintain brand alignment and presentation consistency across all strategic tools and storytelling assets.
  • Regularly audit, refine, and retire outdated content to ensure only the highest quality materials are in circulation.

What We Need from Our Director, Product Development:

  • Track record of developing sales and service-facing materials that drive revenue or retention
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
  • Skilled collaborator with experience working across Strategy, Sales, Creative, and Analytics
