We are seeking an experienced and motivated Live Presentation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of Live Presentation for Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Valley Suns, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

 

Your Role on the Team

  • Create and produce Phoenix Suns games. Responsibilities include developing game-night rundowns (ROS), writing scripts, and coordinating show execution
  • Serve as a Stage Manager for Phoenix Suns, Mercury, Valley Suns, and select external events, supporting activations, promotions, talent, and event logistics
  • Serve as an alternate Game Director for select Phoenix Suns games
  • Assist the Manager with hiring, training, and overseeing Game Night Staff across the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Valley Suns. Maintain monthly schedules, game-day assignments, and payroll-hour processing
  • Oversee all promotional-item inventory, including organizing, maintaining, and curating items for game-day activations, promotions, and events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Group Sales to ensure all fan engagement platform (FEP) activations are executed at a high level for Phoenix Suns games
  • Assist in managing and maintaining departmental invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting for Phoenix Suns Live Presentation categories

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Ability to take direction, show initiative, and remain flexible as gameday and event needs change
  • Comfortable working in an active, high-energy environment that may require extended periods of standing and moving throughout the venue
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain proactive while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
  •  Proven ability to motivate, support, and build positive relationships with staff and performers
  • Enthusiasm for live sports, entertainment, events, and fan engagement, with a desire to gain hands-on experience
  • Able to work odd hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of related experience in sporting events; previous NBA experience highly preferred
  • If applicable (role-specific):
    • Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
    • This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
    • S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
    • Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
    • Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
