We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager, Membership Service to focus on engaging, servicing, and renewing Phoenix Suns Season Ticket Members. In addition to servicing accounts throughout the year, this person will also prioritize upselling to current clients, obtaining referrals, and seeking new business opportunities.
What You Will Do:
- Build and nurture relationships with season ticket members and prospects through creative means, including but not limited to networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners/lunches, prospect sampling at games, seat visits at games, and outside meetings.
- Maintain activity levels (calls and appointments), meet appointment goals, and achieve new business sales targets.
- Service current season ticket members, set and conduct out-of-office sales/service appointments throughout the Phoenix area and in-arena, and deliver sales presentations in a face-to-face format.
- Maintain an optimistic, team-first attitude, along with the competitive drive to be the best.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective face-to-face presentations.
- Be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and game days.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
What We Need From Our Account Manager, Membership Service:
- Must possess an optimistic team-first attitude and a competitive desire
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years working in a sales and/or service role preferred
