The Scouting Report:
We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics in a Ticket Sales Intern:

- This internship requires flexibility with work schedule. Interns will be required to work games and other company and sales events during the evening and weekend.
The Game Plan: This is a great launching point to begin your career in sports ticket sales. You’ll learn how to help our Corporate Ticket Sales Managers and Group Event Specialists remain as efficient as possible. You’ll be doing a lot of their administrative work. Best of all, you’ll be able to get actual hands-on sales experience as we allow you to shadow the Ticket Sales representatives on the phones, out of the office on appointments, and at different events during the season and during the off-season. This is a paid internship (Indiana Minimum Wage) with flexible hours to accommodate your class schedule.
Game Recap of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Researching Qualified Leads
- Researching Local Businesses, Organizations, Teams, Etc.
- Mailing out large ticket blocks
- Data Entry Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Archtics
- Creating Invoices, Receipts, Flyers/Order Forms
- Assisting in the Planning & Execution of Ticket Sales Events
- Shadow Ticket Sales Reps on the Phones and on Appointments
Qualification Requirements: The Ticket Sales Intern must be enrolled in college course(s) and maintain an internship with the Indiana Pacers.
