SUMMARY
Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) is hiring a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Event Marketing team. We are looking for a part-timer with a passion for live events that will help take our digital channels to the next level! You will gain experience working in the fast-paced environment of events and game nights and will have your work showcased across Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Pacers Sports & Entertainment properties. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking and motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the creation of digital content for concerts, events, and Pacers & Fever home games.
- Create and ideate social media content for Gainbridge Fieldhouse social media channels, including photos, graphics, and short-form video content.
- Prioritize and organize assets from multiple sources.
- Capture and post real-time content during event nights.
- Build relationships and communicate with all Pacers Sports & Entertainment departments, including Marketing, Facilities, Guest Services, Security, and Food & Beverage.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Outstanding attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and ability to edit content with a quick turnaround are required.
- Available to work on-site at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on event nights, including late evening hours.
- Provide past social media work examples (personal or professional projects).
- A basic level of photo and video editing is required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, is a plus.
- Excellent organization, communication, and planning skills.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and multi-task.
- Knowledge of the live entertainment industry and music fandom is a plus.
- This role will require 10-20 hours/week, as dictated by the Gainbridge Fieldhouse event schedule. Hours will fluctuate throughout the year to accommodate busier and slower months.
