Overview of the position
The Indiana Pacers are hiring a part-time social media contributor to join the Digital
Marketing department, primarily on game nights. We are looking for a part-timer with a
passion for basketball that will help take our digital channels to the next level. You’ll have a
chance to have your work showcased on Pacers Digital Marketing channels, including
Pacers.com, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. The ideal candidate is a forward
thinking, motivated individual who has the ability to work independently and help the Digital
Marketing department reach Pacers fans across the globe.

Description of Responsibilities 
  • Assist in the creation of Pacers game night digital content for both home and away 
games 
  • Generate social media content for Indiana Pacers, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Pacers 
Team Store and Pacers mascot and dance team 
  • File and organize photos from multiple sources 
  • Edit (including touch-ups, stylizing, cropping and watermarking) photos for various 
digital platforms including Pacers.com, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter 
  • Create or edit GIFs from game footage to be used on Pacers social media 
  • Edit interview or highlight videos in-game 
  • Other duties as assigned by the Digital Marketing Team 

Requirements 
  • Provide past social media work examples (personal or professional projects) 
  • Basic level of photo editing is required 
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom 
  • Excellent organization, communication and planning skills 
  • Available to work on-site on Pacers game nights, including late evening hours 
  • Knowledge of the Pacers and the NBA 
  • Graphic design experience is a plus 
  • Part-time hourly paid position: 10-20 hours/week
