Overtime Elite (OTE) is a next-generation sports and entertainment organization built around basketball, culture, and the development of young athletes. OTE Brand Ambassadors
The Brand Ambassadors are a key component of the Events team at Overtime Elite. This position plays a pivotal role in the development of the Overtime fanbase and the growth of the league’s regional brand presence through the execution of fan engagement outreach initiatives. This team also supports Overtime Select, other Overtime event activities and third party events hosted within OTE Arena as needed.
The Brand Ambassador position will report to the Manager, Fan Experience and Manager, Events.
What You’ll Do:
- Work both on and off-site events (i.e. OTE fan events, non-profit events, sports tournaments, partner appearances, etc.)
- Scan and verify tickets at entrances while providing helpful directions and answering basic guest questions.
- Staff the VIP entrance by checking guest names and credentials, welcoming VIP guests, and providing a high level of hospitality and service.
- Assist with seating in courtside and premium areas, ensuring guests are directed to the correct seats and have a seamless experience.
- Support The Shop by assisting customers, answering merchandise questions, and keeping the space organized and welcoming.
- Responsible for fan engagement and data cultivation at on and off-site events.
- Support all branded and unbranded activations on game-days at OTE Arena.
- Responsible for installation set-up, operation, and tear down of tables, tents, signage, giveaways, and all interactive elements during on and off-site events.
- Responsible for all operational needs and activation of the following elements while at events representing Overtime - handout premium items, facilitate on-site promotions, connect with fans, and communicate our mission and history.
- Assist Fan Experience team in identifying new events for appearances.
- Assist in post event break down responsibilities.
- Assist with other responsibilities as needed.
