HBCU Fellowship DEI:
This role serves project management, content management, and research function, contributing to the development, delivery, and amplification of various diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) related activations. The primary focus will be to provide support related to a range of DEI training and employee network events. The position will also be responsible for creating and presenting a strategic framework for identifying and successfully engaging HBCUs that will serve as a viable pipeline to diverse talent. Lastly, this position will curate content for the Magic Diversity SharePoint site.
• Managing DEI projects including all events and activations
• Helping drive tactical plans for all Employee Resource Groups
• Managing the Magic Diversity intranet site content
• All other duties as assigned
