Are you an inventive problem solver with polished presentation skills? We are seeking a standout teammate to join our Corporate Partnership team as the Partnership Sales Coordinator. As the coordinator, you will organize and drive all aspects of department sales processes including proposal and presentation writing. You will use your creativity and organization skills to focus on proposal flow management, research, and analyst insights to support prospecting and will ensure accuracy with corporate brand/stylistic guidelines. 
In this role you will:
  • Work closely with Thunder partnership sales team to develop prospect and client proposals to ensure timely, polished partnership presentations
  • Use creative and modern presentations to build concept-drive presentation for the sales team that will capture partner and prospect attention 
  • Analyze third-party and internal research supplied by the strategy manager to build “deep dive” category reports to identify local, regional, national and global brands to support the team
  • Maintain a focus on current open inventory and search new inventory options
  • Ensure all sales presentation materials tell a consistent brand story
  • Support the development and implementation of presentation creative including activation mock-ups & deck slides
  • Develop creative sponsorship narratives for all sales presentations that connect the partner’s identified marketing objectives to the proposed Thunder platform and/or assets
  • Represent the Thunder in pitch meetings and presentations with clients and agencies as requested
  • Support the marketing and programming departments, with tasks relating to proposals, presentation development and special project deliverables to include strategy development, writing and visuals
  • Actively participate in internal brainstorms, including taking a role in the development of ideas
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the role:
  • 1-2 years of relevant work or military experience with a thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
  • Flexible and reliable colleague, always acting in the best interest of the team and department goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written communication, and confidence speaking and presenting for groups
  • Basic knowledge of partnership activation, sponsorship sales, and sports/entertainment marketing partnerships practices 
  • Some level of experience in market research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • International business experience and a desire to sell is a plus

Additional information:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to a Manager, Corporate Partnership Sales. Primary work location will be the Thunder corporate office located in downtown Oklahoma City. A valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation is required for occasional local pickup or deliveries. Physical requirements of the position may include the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 40 pounds and work in-arena in the presence of loud music or crowd noise and flashing or strobe lighting.
