The Ticket Upgrade Specialist is responsible for enhancing the game day experience for our fans. This role is perfect for a social, proactive individual with exceptional customer service skills. You will be one of the first faces our fans see, and you will assist them swiftly with their ticketing needs. You will be working on an iPad, but a special system does not need to be learned. Lastly, the specialist will handle cash and credit card transactions associated with ticket upgrades. This is a game day only position. Season runs November - March, and we host 24 home games. Need this person at each home game.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle flex ticket upgrades at the entrance each game.
  • Ability to handle a high-stress and fast paced environment.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Provide an approachable and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Cash handling and Data entry.
