The Ticket Upgrade Specialist will be responsible for processing ticket upgrades for fans attending Texas Legends games. This role requires excellent customer service skills to assist fans with their ticket upgrade needs and anything else. Additionally, someone who is comfortable building conversations with our fans, and knowing their needs and how to better their experience. Not afraid to be social and talk to our fans. Lastly, the specialist will handle cash and credit card transactions associated with ticket upgrades. This is a game day only position. Season runs November - March, and we host 24 home games. Need this person at each home game.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle flex ticket upgrades at the entrance each game.
  • Ability to handle a high-stress and fast paced environment.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Provide an approachable and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Cash handling and Data entry.
