About the Role:
The Texas Legends are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Print Production Worker to join our merchandising team! This role is hands-on and fast-paced — perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and takes pride in producing quality gear for fans and players alike.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a heat press to customize and press customized jerseys on the spot
- Work quickly and efficiently in a production environment
- Maintain quality and consistency across all products
- Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Support the merchandising team with inventory, setup, and game day needs
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior production or heat press experience required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently
- Must be available for all 24 home games (November–March)
- Must be dependable and punctual
