The Texas Legends are looking for a highly detail-oriented and dependable Customization Specialist to join the Legends Locker team. This position is responsible for producing customized jerseys and apparel while maintaining a high standard of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
The Customization Specialist will operate heat-press equipment and perform apparel customization for customer orders, team merchandise, and new customization products launched through Legends Locker. The ideal candidate has print production experience, works well under pressure, and takes pride in producing clean, professional-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Produce customized jerseys and apparel using heat-press equipment and other production tools.
- Apply names, numbers, logos, graphics, patches, and other customization elements accurately and consistently.
- Follow production specifications and placement guidelines for each product.
- Carefully inspect garments before and after pressing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Operate heat-press equipment safely and responsibly.
- Prepare garments and materials for production, including proper alignment and placement.
- Maintain an organized and efficient production workspace.
- Complete customer customization orders accurately and within required deadlines.
- Work quickly and efficiently during high-volume periods, particularly on game days.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the customization process.
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
- Support other Legends Locker merchandising and production needs as required.
Qualifications
- Previous print production, apparel production, or garment customization experience required.
- Experience operating a heat press required.
- Ability to safely operate heat-press equipment and follow established production procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be available to work all or the majority of Texas Legends home games, including evenings, weekends, and other scheduled game-day events.
Game-Day Availability
Game-day availability is an essential part of this position. The Customization Specialist must be available to work all or the majority of Texas Legends home games throughout the season.
Game days can involve high-volume customization orders and tight turnaround times. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical.
