Your Opportunity:
In this role you will play an integral role in helping to grow the game and improve the overall basketball experience for our players, parents, coaches and administrators within the Upper Midwest. We are looking for an organized, driven and passionate individual to join our dynamic team.





What would you do?
Reasonable accommodations may be made to you to perform these essential functions:
  1. Support operations of all Academy programming including, but not limited to; camps, clinics, tournaments, training, leagues, combines and Jr. NBA programs.
  2. Coordinate facility scheduling process, off-site logistics and internal requests to ensure seamless event operations.
  3. Run registration, content and communication strategies for all Academy websites and social media.
  4. Administer hospitality protocol and initiatives, post-program surveys, communication systems and update databases to improve the Academy experience.
  5. Maintain and update Academy calendar and upcoming events.
  6. Track and distribute inventory, materials and handle all Academy assets.
  7. Support the brand of our franchises and lead by example as a brand ambassador.

What are your proficiencies or equivalent experiences?
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. Minimum three (3) years of basketball coaching experience required. Previous supervisory/management experience also required.
  3. Extensive operational experience, including project and event management expertise, with a track record of leading large-scale basketball and/or community activations.
  4. Extensive experience and relationships within the basketball community is highly valued.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, exercise flexibility as needed and demonstrate sound professional judgment at all times.
  6. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; excellent at building and maintaining professional relationships.
  7. Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills required.
  8. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) is required.
  9. Ability to work flexible hours including regular office hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
