The internship position is designed to allow the intern to experience various facets of the Warriors Community Relations department through office tasks, interactive game night work, special event and community outreach efforts. The intern will support the community relations staff by aiding in a variety of independent and group projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Office Tasks
• Receive, sort and file all day-to-day correspondence
• Process and respond to all donation requests
• Keep an updated calendar of community events
• Inventory all items and maintain an updated spreadsheet
? Events/ Projects/ Programs
• Assist CR staff in executing community events as assigned
• Develop new and enhance current community programs
• Research various projects for our Helping Hands Program and maintain the database
• Create correspondence that will be featured on the community section of warriors.com
? Game Night Duties
• Give arena tours to participating community groups
• Assist with on-court promotions; pregame, halftimes, quarter breaks, post-game
? Perform other duties as assigned

Duration:
? Must be available to come in the office 15-20 hours during the week (December – June)
? Must be available for all Warriors home games (December – June)

Qualifications:
? Must be 18 years of age or older
? Must be currently enrolled in a college or university
? Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
? Must have reliable transportation
? Must have flexible schedule to assist with Warriors special events (weeknights and weekends)
