The Dallas Wings are seeking a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to observe and practice integrated sports marketing, fan engagement initiatives, and event promotion across the Dallas Wings organization.

Areas you will be learning about:
- Marketing campaign planning and execution for Dallas Wings home games and special events
- How revenue generating departments align with broader business goals
- The day-to-day workflows of the Dallas Wings marketing department
- Project management tools such as Monday.com
- Website content management and updates through WordPress
- Paid social, digital strategy, and campaign performance analysis
Learning Opportunities:
- Observe and collaborate with multiple Dallas Wings departments on cross-functional projects
- Assist with marketing campaign planning tied to ticket sales and theme nights
- Support inventory management of official Dallas Wings giveaways, supplies, and signage
- Assist with updating, maintaining, and optimizing website content in WordPress
- Observe and support paid social and digital campaign planning and analysis
- Shadow team members to understand how marketing supports revenue generation and fan engagement
Preferred Experience:
- Marketing, sports management, communications, or related field
- Interest in sports marketing, live events, and fan engagement
- Strong organization and communication skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to work non-traditional and long hours including evening and weekends
- Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited university; in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
