Job Purpose: The Director of Game Presentation is responsible for bringing the Dallas Wings brand to life inside the arena through first-class production. This role leads the production of all home games—delivering a bold, entertaining, and engaging fan experience that reflects the exciting Dallas Wings brand. This is a highly visible and collaborative role at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and brand storytelling. You will shape how fans experience Dallas Wings basketball—turning games into memories, and lasting brand loyalty.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of game presentation for all Dallas Wings home games, playoff games, and basketball-related live events, ensuring all elements reflect the Dallas Wings brand strategy & identity.*
- Develop compelling run of show documents and scripts for every home game, ensuring consistent storytelling and pacing throughout the event.*
- Create, produce, and execute innovative pre-game, in-game, and post-game entertainment that elevates the fan experience and reflects the Dallas Wings brand identity.*
- Continuously innovate and refresh the game experience based on consumer feedback to keep fans energized, connected, and excited to return.
- In partnership with Marketing, steward ideation for preseason content shoots (media day, intro videos, brand elements), collaborating with internal staff and coordinating talent to ensure a seamless experience for players and coaches.*
- Direct all home games and live events from the scorer’s table, overseeing video board content, music, lighting cues, and live elements. *
- Ensure all in-arena elements—video, music, talent, activations, and messaging—align with and reinforce the Dallas Wings’ brand strategy. *
- Manage all in-game creative assets including features, sponsor elements, brand videos, motion graphics, scripts, and on-court activations, working in partnership with the marketing & creative teams. *
- Provide leadership and direction to game night staff and talent (mascot, DJ, PA, emcees, interns, hype team, control room) to ensure team alignment and flawless execution every game. *
- Oversee scorer’s table operations and collaborate with league and venue partners to ensure compliance and accuracy. *
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Sales, Community Impact, PR, and Social Media teams to create engaging in-game moments that enhance the fan journey while fulfilling partner obligations. *
- Book and manage all game and event talent including National Anthem performers, halftime and post-game acts, DJs, MCs, mascot talent, promotional teams, and seasonal support staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Game Day Duties/Responsibilities:
- Direct the full run of show for every home game. *
- Manage and communicate with all game-day staff, talent, and production teams. *
- Ensure all creative assets and sponsor elements are executed accurately and on time. *
- Maintain flexibility and composure in a fast-paced, live-event environment.
- Must be available to attend all home games for Dallas Wings, as well as attend most community events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Job Requirements:
- Formal Education & Relevant Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Game Presentation/Production for a sports team and executing live entertainment productions with proven success results
- Photoshop and InDesign experience preferred
- Experience managing video productions preferred
- Familiarity with the Dallas – Fort Worth Marketplace preferred
- Work Location & Hours: Work is performed in the office and/or at one of the arenas as determined necessary by the Company. Must be available to attend all home games for both Dallas Wings, as well as attend company events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.*

Physical Requirements*
