We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Coordinator to help grow our digital footprint and support key marketing initiatives.


Position Overview

The Digital Coordinator will support the Chicago Sky’s digital and content ecosystem, with a strong focus on email newsletters, website support, web development, Chicago Sky Rewards program execution, analytics reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a technically capable marketer who can support both creative communication and digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Platform Management

  • Assist in managing daily content updates across the Chicago Sky website and mobile app.
  • Support and execute website enhancements, layout adjustments, landing page builds, and troubleshooting using moderate to advanced coding skills.
  • Assist with maintaining/updating the Chicago Sky Rewards program website, ensuring accurate information, reward listings, and seamless user functionality.
  • Coordinate digital assets for marketing campaigns, including graphics, video clips, and promotional materials.
  • Support content scheduling and publishing using CMS platforms and marketing tools.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing strategy.
Chicago Sky Rewards Program

  • Assist with execution of the Chicago Sky Rewards program, including digital rollouts, member updates, and fan engagement campaigns.
  • Manage and track Rewards inventory, ensuring availability, accuracy, and proper categorization of items.
  • Support reward fulfillment, website updates, and program communications.
  • Monitor program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support optimization initiatives.
Email & Newsletter Marketing

  • Assist with coordination, scheduling, and execution of all Chicago Sky newsletters.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email platforms.
  • Partner with internal departments to gather content for weekly, monthly, and campaign-based newsletters.
  • Segment audiences and support A/B testing to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on newsletter performance metrics, including open rate, CTR, and conversions.
  • Maintain and organize email lists for effective targeting.
Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key digital KPIs (web traffic, Rewards engagement, newsletter performance, conversions).
  • Compile weekly and monthly digital performance reports for internal teams.
  • Monitor digital trends and provide recommendations to enhance strategy across web, email, and Rewards platforms.
Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, and Ticket Sales teams to ensure alignment in messaging and digital rollout.
  • Assist with game-day needs, including real-time web updates, content capture, and newsletter/Rewards integration.
  • Support digital components for community events, promotional campaigns, and sponsorship activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, newsletters, or digital operations.
  • 3-5 years of website development and coding skills required (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with APIs and responsive design preferred).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred—particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM navigation.
  • Experience with loyalty or rewards program management is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Salesforce dashboards preferred.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and game days as needed.
