The Chicago Sky are looking for a strategic, innovative, collaborative, creative, and results-driven full-time Digital Content Producer, Partnership Marketing to help create, produce, and execute digital marketing content to advance key partnerships for the Chicago Sky.  With increased sponsorship investment in the Chicago Sky, this is an important position to align and integrate Chicago Sky marketing objectives with corporate partner brand objectives. 
This candidate should be passionate about women's sports, championing equality, and generating breakthrough strategies and creative ideas to drive results. If you are interested in a career in sports marketing, this is a great opportunity to learn a broad base of skills across a variety of marketing programs while making an immediate impact.
  • Create and produce digital content (photo, video, graphics) to support key strategic sponsorships and partner activations to bring sponsorship agreements to life, meet sponsor business and fan engagement objectives, and ensure flawless execution. 
  • Develop and produce content to support overarching breakthrough sponsor-driven social media, storytelling, in game, and content ideas to align with brand objectives to drive Sky awareness and fan engagement and support specific corporate partner brand goals.
  • Partner closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to understand and adhere to all key deliverables and timelines throughout the season. In the offseason, responsibilities will shift to new idea generation. 
  • Participate in sponsorship meetings to develop and execute key programs. 
  • Partner with Tickets, Corporate Partnerships, Sky Cares Community, In-House content team, agencies, and partners to deliver fully integrated programs
  • Report directly to Manager, Partnership Marketing & Content
  • 2-4+ years of digital content, video/film production, photography, graphic design (e.g. Photoshop), editing 
  • Strong portfolio of sports-related content
  • Evidence of strong creativity, innovation, and idea generation 
  • Experience with established and emerging social media platforms
  • Organized and agile with the ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy
  • College degree in marketing, video production, photography, sports marketing
  • Passionate about sports marketing, with an interest in women's sports and the WNBA
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Great communicator who enjoys presenting to and interacting with key stakeholders
  • Energetic, self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with and without direct supervision
  • Strong writing, editing, design, and proofreading skills
  • Hybrid role: 2 days/week expected in office, with attendance at all 20 home games and some weekends/evenings.
