Chicago Sky 50/50 Raffle Ambassador
The Chicago Sky Foundation is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about community impact.

This position requires availability for scheduled Chicago Sky home games, including evenings, weekends, and select daytime events.

The Chicago Sky Foundation is seeking energetic, outgoing, and dedicated individuals to serve as 50/50 Raffle Ambassadors. In this role, ambassadors will engage with fans and serve as an integral part of game-day operations and community engagement efforts throughout the 2026 Chicago Sky season.

Ambassadors will gain hands-on experience supporting and executing Chicago Sky Foundation initiatives across all 2026 Chicago Sky home games, as well as select community events and appearances. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful impact while enhancing the fan experience.

Responsibilities

The Chicago Sky Foundation will conduct 50/50 raffles at Chicago Sky home games and select events throughout the 2026 season. Fifty percent of the net proceeds from each raffle will be awarded to one winning fan, while the remaining proceeds will directly support Chicago Sky Foundation programs and initiatives.

50/50 Raffle Ambassadors will:

Sell raffle tickets throughout the arena using mobile point-of-sale devices
Engage fans in a positive, energetic, and professional manner
Support overall game-day operations and enhance the fan experience
Work closely with the Community Engagement Coordinator and Sky Foundation Executive Director

50/50 Raffle Sellers will be responsible for:

Approaching fans pregame and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 Raffle program and offer the opportunity to purchase tickets
Answer fan questions regarding the raffle program, as well as basic Sky Cares Foundation information
Accurately facilitate the sale and distribution of raffle tickets, following program requirements
Turn in all cash and tickets throughout and at the end of the event
Accurately handle the reconciliation of tickets sold and financials
Understand the mission of the Sky Cares Foundation
Represent the Sky Cares Foundation and Chicago Sky as a brand ambassador

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be eligible to work Chicago Sky Home games
Able to walk or stand for long periods of time and climb stairs
Enthusiastic, approachable and self-motivated
Strong verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent education, some college preferred
Must be able to take and follow directions well
Detail oriented and strong organization skills
Above average communication skills
Highly self-motivated and outgoing
Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must have reliable transportation
Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
