The Atlanta Dream is a WNBA team based in Atlanta, Georgia. This year marks our 19th year in the league, and 2026 is our sixth year with new ownership, new leadership, and a commitment to building the best franchise in the WNBA. Position Purpose
We’re looking for high energy and friendly individuals to join our Retail team as Retail Brand Ambassadors. As a retail team member, you will help run our Atlanta Dream merchandise operation. You’ll work alongside our retail and marketing team to create and ensure a successful game day retail experience for our fans.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote the Atlanta Dream brand and merchandise in a positive, engaging way.
- Create unique and memorable shopping experiences for fans through positive, professional interactions.
- Greet, assist, and upsell merchandise to fans.
- Open and close retail locations, responsible for handling accurate credit transactions.
- Maintain and organize inventory to ensure an efficient sales operation.
- Assist store associates with maximizing sales opportunities.
- Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
- Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
- Recommending the best products to customers
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Retail sales or customer service experience, preferred
- Must be available to work 90% of all home games
- Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends
- Must have high energy, be enthusiastic and display positivity around the Atlanta Dream brand
- Highly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team member and individual
- Must be punctual
- Have reliable transportation to and from work for all home games
- Must be able to lift 30lb or more
