This position will be part of our 2026 Summer Internship program and our 2026/2027 Season. Our summer program will take place June 1st  – August 7th  and is available to rising Junior and Senior college students. The role will be part-time during the school year.
We will reach out for interviews starting in January 2026!

Summary:

The Impact & Culture Intern will support key initiatives that enhance organizational culture, strengthen employee engagement, and advance our social impact and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) efforts.

This individual will work with the Manager, Impact and Culture to support departmental goals, coordinate internal programming, and contribute to culture, engagement, and impact-related activities. In addition, this person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help advance organization-wide culture and community initiatives.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing culture-building events and employee engagement activities
  • Support DEI programs, workshops, and resource development
  • Conduct research on workplace culture, engagement trends, and inclusive practices
  • Help manage internal communication initiatives, including newsletters and employee stories
  • Support social impact and community engagement activities
  • Track and compile impact metrics, employee engagement data, and program outcomes
  • Help prepare presentations, documents, and reports for internal use
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on culture and impact-related projects
  • Assist with other assignments, projects and tasks as needed
 

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in human resources, communications, business, organizational development, or equivalent. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, staff, and partners
  • Dedicated, self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience with event coordination, communications, or DEI initiatives is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
