Summary:

The Milwaukee Bucks are looking for a coordinator that will support the management of the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, focusing on the needs of Ticket Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Finance. A successful candidate possesses a passion to learn and improve processes, strong technical and analytical aptitude, and the ability to partner with various stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administration and optimization of the organization’s CRM platform to drive fan engagement, ticket sales, and revenue growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM users across organization. 
  • Support lead distribution process across Sales, Service, and Private Event sales teams.
  • Evaluate sales pipelines and develop workflows/automation to enable sales efficiency.
  • Support all users of the CRM system within the organization.
  • Implement day-to-day administrative tasks in CRM system including lead distribution, workflows, system maintenance and customizations.
  • Proactively engage with Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Finance leadership to define and document opportunities to improve the platform.
  • Develop and deliver CRM training for staff across sales, marketing, and operations, including creation and maintenance of onboarding and training resources.
  • Collaborate with internal CRM users and external vendors to support system enhancements and integrations.
  • Work with CRM vendor’s customer support and internal IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure proper usage of CRM.
  • Lead day to day management of data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity. 
  • Support in the development of customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of campaigns and other ongoing projects.
  • Other tasks, as assigned by VP, Ticket Operations and CRM
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Analytics/Math/Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinker that is detailed and results oriented
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to be a great partner with key constituents as appropriate
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed given the nature of the sports and entertainment business
