JOB SUMMARY:

 

The 'Summer Temporary Assistant, Corporate Partnerships' is responsible for observing, learning and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Partnerships Marketing Team for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Monsters, Charge, and REG (Rock Entertainment Group).

 

** This is a temporary position from June 8th – August 28th 2026, that will require working in-person roughly 40 hours per week. 

 

** Seeking candidates residing local to Cleveland, OH.

 

PAY RATE: $15.00/HR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support all Partnership Marketing, Development, and Activation team members on the development of creative for sales decks, renewals, presentations, recap videos, activation videos, etc.
  • Develop and execute partnership deliverables and creative solutions that support team-wide sales, renewals, and activation efforts. 
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams, marketing, game presentation, and digital operations to ensure seamless execution of partnership elements and activations. 
  • Assist in the activation of partnerships across all franchises with majority of focus on Cavaliers 
  • Fulfillment of partner promotions, including sweepstakes prizes
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Support the overall functionality of the CP team internally, including inventory, storage management, ordering items for activations, etc.
  • Work with Partnership activation team to fulfill digital sweepstakes including but not limited to, messaging winners, managing Corporate Activation email inbox, delivering or shipping prizes, etc.
  • Performs administrative duties as needed, including setting up meetings, making copies, receiving and breaking down boxes, running errands, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently attending (or recent graduate of) a 4 year Bachelors Degree program, preferably with an emphasis in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or Graphic Design. 
  • Background and hands-on experience in graphic design and layout.
  • Working knowledge of desktop publishing, especially the Microsoft and Adobe Suite.
  • Familiar with popular web-design concepts.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues.
  • Flexible, motivated, and equipped to work in an environment of rapid change.
