JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, Franchise Partnership Marketing will experience managing, renewing, and growing corporate partnership accounts for the Cleveland Monsters (AHL) and Cleveland Charge (NBA G League). The ideal candidate is a strong, coachable relationship builder and communicator who collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-level partnership activations and exceptional client service. Known for effective time management in fast-paced, event-driven environments, the ability to work against tight deadlines and shifting schedules, and the capacity to engage business partners and clients at all levels through strategic, high-touch interactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing a dynamic portfolio of 20+ franchise partnership accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Proactively grow relationships with partners through consistent, strategic touchpoints that deepen engagement and strengthen long-term partnership.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to align objectives and deliver integrated, high-impact partnership programs.
- Drive revenue by retaining and expanding partnership accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering measurable value for partners.
- Plan and execute partnership activations and promotions on event days, ensuring flawless on-site execution and an elevated partner experience.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working within a CRM platform; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Demonstrates a contagious, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and event-based hours as needed.
