JOB SUMMARY:
The ‘Coordinator, Partnership Digital Activation’ is a vital member of the Corporate Partnerships Team, responsible for driving the execution and tracking of digital partnership activation programs from initial planning through post-launch review. This person brings a strong background in project management and experience in executing digital partnership campaigns across social platforms, while using analytics tools and softwares to drive results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with various internal teams and stakeholders to create and maintain project timelines for all digital partnership activations, ensuring seamless coordination between Marketing, Creative, Social, and external partners at every stage.
- Schedule all partner digital activations across social media, web, and app platforms, ensuring timely, on-brand, and contract-compliant delivery for each unique partnership activation.
- Own and monitor project status checkpoints, updating stakeholders on milestones, obstacles, and next steps, and proactively adjusting action plans as needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality activation assets.
- Regularly collect and synthesize digital data to inform future strategies, facilitate recap reporting, and support continuous improvement of digital activation processes.
- Partners with Marketing and Business Solutions teams to align deliverables to maximize the impact of each digital campaign, including assisting with operations on event days and executing on-site digital activations as required.
- Maintain and refresh internal project management tools, calendars, and reporting documents, ensuring all steps are clearly documented and actionable.
- Regularly participate in meetings to track progress, elevate key findings or roadblocks, and recommend next steps.
- Support the ideation, proposal, and launch of digital-focused partnership assets, helping prioritize projects based on business needs, partner commitments, and emerging digital trends.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Seeking 2+ years of related experience in digital marketing, social media, partnership activation and management, or marketing within an entertainment organization, agency, professional sports team, league, or media.
- High proficiency with digital reporting and analytics tools (such as Blinkfire, GAM, SFMC, WIT, Adobe Analytics, Rover) and experience interpreting data for actionable insights.
- High-level of creativity and ability to organize with attention to details, usability, and branding.
- Must have flexibility availability with ability to attend company events and games, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
