The Events & Premium Hospitality Associate is responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of both game day and non-game day events. This role requires strong writing and organizational skills to assist in preparing event notes, executive overviews and recaps. You will also serve as the primary event support and act as a secondary point of contact for game day activations and presentations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead select events and activations as assigned by the Senior Manager of Events & Premium Hospitality, taking ownership of event logistics, coordination, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop detailed event notes and run-of-show documents outlining timelines, event flow, key moments, responsibilities, and operational details to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create and manage events through the Splash platform, including building event registration pages, managing guest lists and RSVPs, sending event communications information, and distributing post-event surveys.
  • Draft executive event overviews, briefing materials, and post-event recaps, summarizing event objectives, key takeaways, attendance, guest feedback, performance insights, and opportunities for improvement as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day event support across the Events & Premium Hospitality team, assisting with planning, coordination, execution, and day-of logistics for both game-day and non-game-day events.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for assigned game-day events and activations, supporting the primary event lead and helping ensure all event elements are executed according to plan.
  • Assist with the planning, strategy, and coordination of large-scale events and special projects, working across multiple internal departments and external partners.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue and space requirements, food and beverage, décor, signage, production, transportation, gifting, guest communications, staffing, and other event-related needs as assigned.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with external vendors and event partners, assisting with timelines, deliverables, on-site coordination, and event execution.

Required Skills, Experience and Abilities

To perform the job successfully, you will have or demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate event details and executive summaries.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and event partners.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required for event schedules.
  • Previous experience in event or live production support is a plus.
