HSE is seeking a Campaign Development intern to work closely with the Director of Marketing Projects & Campaigns and others to assist in areas of production, marketing, creative, internal and external client communication, as well as the organization and system management of important department documents, processes and assets.
This is a paid, in-person internship. Interns will be paid $15.00 per hour, with the ability to work a minimum of twenty (20), maximum of thirty (30) hours per week. The 2026-2027 season program runs from September 7, 2026, through April 23, 2027.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a production assistant on various sets, including setting up and cleaning up equipment, distributing call sheets, production reports, managing crowds and assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Assist with marketing projects and the creative team as needed during the campaign development process.
- Aid in the strategy and advertising of marketing campaigns and promotional
- Identify industry trends and tactics by utilizing resources including but not limited to A.I. technology and other online sources.
- Assist the fan experience and marketing teams in planning and executing theme night research.
- Maintain and update department
- Assist in tracking campaigns, event results and periodic reports, including programming and distribution of after-action surveys.
- Organize and assist with various HSE
- Assist with department inventory management (i.e., office supplies, autographed merchandise, ).
- Perform administrative tasks as required by department, including, but not limited to producing department meeting and event recaps, assisting with scheduling, and managing of student shadow days, copying, and filing, department communications and VIP gift preparation.
- Participate in the full internship program, including workshops, speaker series, job shadowing, and working on an intern project.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skill, Experience and Abilities
To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate the following:
- Male collegiate basketball players must have exhausted their NCAA eligibility before participating in the HSE internship program.
