HSE is seeking an Arena Ticketing intern to gain hands-on experience and support the Arena Ticketing team with daily operations. The intern will receive a comprehensive overview of all aspects of Arena Ticketing, providing valuable insight into the industry.

This is a paid, in-person internship. Interns will be paid $15.00 per hour, with the ability to work a minimum of twenty (20), maximum of thirty (30) hours per week. The 2026-2027 season program runs from September 7, 2026 through April 23, 2027.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in the Ticketmaster system, including TM Host, TM1 and Archtics to support ticketing operations.
  • Assist with processing single-event sales, group sales and luxury suite sales.
  • Provide accurate information on ticket availability, pricing, seating configurations, arena policies and upcoming events.
  • Educate fans on mobile ticketing processes, troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as needed.
  • Verify and scan tickets to ensure authenticity and confirm the correct event, date and time.
  • Resolve ticketing-related issues professionally and efficiently to enhance fan experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all ticket sales and reconciliation processes.
  • Participate in the full internship program, including workshops, speaker series, job shadowing opportunities and collaborate on intern projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities

To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate the following:

  • High School Diploma/GED and interest in working in events and/or sports management.
  • Male collegiate basketball players must have exhausted their NCAA eligibility before participating in the HSE internship program.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must pass criminal background check.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend and perform other duties
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs or push up to 70lbs unassisted.
  • Strong customer service skills desired.
