PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Fellowship is a 12-month paid program for motivated and innovative recent college graduates. It is designed to build core skills, gain business insights, and get exposure to the many facets of Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment.
The Products & Experiences Fellow will provide support to three key functions: Media, Merchandise/Retail, and Entertainment. During their Fellowship Program, they will work on media initiatives like BK Mag and Type.Set.Brooklyn by supporting content creation, sales development, and performance tracking. Through merchandise development and retail performance analysis for teams including the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty, the Fellow will assist in reinventing the arena store experience. Additionally, the Fellow will provide support to the development of our entertainment business and operations optimization for groups such as Ellie and the Brooklynettes

SALARY
$20.00 per hour
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position primarily works in an office environment; however, our program fellows may be expected to attend games and events in a paid capacity as requested. Games and events may take place on evenings, weekends and holidays.
